Berry-walnut hung-curd bowl

Thick curd with berries, walnuts and seeds. The supplied card includes guava or apple as an alternative to berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick hung curd or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup berries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • A few pomegranate seeds (optional)

How to make it

  1. Mix the curd, chia and cinnamon in a bowl. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Top with berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and optional pomegranate.
  3. Add honey only if wanted.
  4. Serve fresh and cold.
