Til-paneer ragi cheela

Ragi flour, paneer and sesame cooked into a savoury cheela. Serve with curd or a chutney you enjoy.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ragi flour
  • 75–100 g grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Onion, coriander, green chilli and cumin to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee for cooking

How to make it

  1. Mix ragi flour, paneer, sesame, curd, onion, coriander, chilli, cumin and salt.
  2. Add water gradually to make a pourable cheela batter.
  3. Spread on a hot pan. Cook on both sides using the measured oil or ghee, until the centre is cooked through.
  4. Serve with curd or chutney.
